All of the above mention can help to avoid it but also make sure you (1) Eat Well - Proper fruit and vegetables (you know it makes sense!) and it's cheaper. (2) Excercise regularly, especially when cramming for exams. (3) Cut back on binge drinking (Yes I used to do this alot too, it's really not good for you) (4) Cut back on coffee intake Just a few handy hints.
