Simply take a plain tortilla shell and add a little montery jack cheese...and salsa, fold over and place a toothpick to hold the halves togehter and place in the oven at 400 degrees until the tortilla starts to crisp, usually around 10 minutes...I usually don't pre-heat the oven either..don't have time with all my studying to do!! My family calls these "hot deals" Here is a cheap easy delicious snack!!
