Again, if we're talking about being healthy I also want to point out the importance of eating 6 meals a day instead of 3 big meals. If you eat 6 meals a day you will likely eat healthier and you'll have more time throughout the day to burn off the calories than if you had just eaten 2 or 3 larger meals. 

Anyway, keep up the great blog.

		<description>I think its important to not only eat right, but exercise too. 

My favourite exercises i do in my room (if i'm short of time or haven't got a chance to use the gym): 

Crunches
Push-ups (on the knee)
Bicep curls  and shoulder presses (got dumbells in my room)
Plank
Lunges and squats
Tricep dips

*Definitely looking for a resistance band to add more exercises to my routine*

Cardio wise i do spin classes up to 3-4 times a week!! (i'm actually am quite addicted to these classes :D ) Other than that, ill either jog and do jump rope in one session.</description>
