		<description>Some good straight forward advice here for working out. 
Just remember that to be most effective it is best not to try to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. 
It is more effective to choose which is most important and concentrate on that for a while first, then move on to the other later.
Then review progress, re-assess and repeat,
