Obviously look for nice pieces, not stuff that is all scrungy looking, and then just run them through the dishwasher (or hand wash them with VERY hot water a time or two). If you still feel uncomfortable, you can get new silverware, pots &#038; pans, and dishes pretty cheaply at Ikea, or if you shop sales at Walmart or Target.</description>
